Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms apply to every bonus, free spin and promotion offered by Calgary Casino. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and any specific terms shown with an individual offer. If there is a conflict, the specific terms of the offer apply to that promotion. Please read these terms before opting in so you understand how bonuses work and what is required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

1. General Rules

All bonuses are optional. You will never receive a bonus unless you choose to opt in.
Bonuses are credited in Canadian dollars and are for recreational play only.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered according to the requirements of the offer.
When you have both cash and bonus funds, your cash balance is normally used first, unless the offer terms say otherwise.
We may refuse, limit or withdraw any promotion at our discretion, for example where we have concerns about abuse or player wellbeing.

2. Eligibility

To claim a bonus you must:

Be 19 or older and hold a fully registered, verified account in good standing.
Be located in a part of Canada where our service is permitted.
Meet the qualifying conditions of the offer, such as the minimum deposit.
Not be self-excluded, on a break or subject to restrictions on your account.

Unless an offer states otherwise, each bonus is limited to one per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. Some payment methods may be excluded from certain promotions, and this will be shown in the offer terms.

3. How to Opt In

You can opt in to a bonus by selecting it on the Offers page or in the cashier before you make a qualifying deposit, or by entering a bonus code if one is provided. The full terms of the offer, including wagering, are displayed before you confirm. If you do not opt in at the right time, the bonus cannot normally be added afterwards. If you change your mind, you can ask us to cancel a bonus before you start playing with it.

4. Current Welcome Offer

New players can claim a first-deposit welcome package. The current terms, including the bonus amount, any free spins and the qualifying deposit, are shown on the Offers page and again before you opt in. The wagering requirement for the welcome offer is as shown with the offer. The minimum deposit on our site is C$10, and the offer terms will state if a higher amount is needed to qualify. The welcome package is available once per player.

5. Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before bonus funds and winnings from them become withdrawable cash. The requirement for each promotion is as shown with the offer, and it will tell you whether it applies to the bonus alone or to the bonus plus deposit. You can track your progress in your account.

6. Game Contribution

Not every game counts equally towards wagering. As a general guide:

Slots usually contribute the most towards wagering.
Table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat usually contribute a reduced share or may not count at all.
Live dealer games usually contribute a reduced share or may be excluded.
Video poker and other games may contribute a reduced share or be excluded.

The exact contribution percentages and any excluded games for each promotion are listed in the offer terms. Bets on excluded games do not count towards wagering and, if made with bonus funds, may lead to the bonus and related winnings being removed.

7. Maximum Bet While a Bonus Is Active

While you have an active bonus, a maximum bet per spin, hand or round applies. The limit is stated in the terms of each offer. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and any winnings from it being voided. The limit applies until wagering is complete or the bonus is cancelled.

8. Maximum Conversion

Some bonuses, particularly free spins and no-deposit offers, have a cap on the amount of bonus winnings that can be converted into withdrawable cash. Where a cap applies, it is shown in the offer terms, and any winnings above it will be removed when wagering is complete. Normal withdrawal limits also apply, including the C$10 000 monthly maximum.

9. Expiry

Each bonus and its wagering must be used within the period shown with the offer. Free spins usually need to be used within a shorter time after they are credited. If the time runs out before wagering is complete, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings from them will be removed from your account. Your own deposited cash is never removed.

10. One Active Bonus at a Time

You can have only one active bonus at a time. If you claim a new offer while another is active, the new bonus will be queued or declined, unless the offer states otherwise. You may cancel an active bonus at any time, but doing so will remove the bonus funds and any winnings linked to them.

11. Withdrawing With an Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, the active bonus and any winnings from it will normally be forfeited. Your remaining cash balance can still be withdrawn subject to our normal checks.

12. Bonus Abuse and Voiding

Our promotions are meant for genuine recreational play. We may void bonuses and related winnings, and close accounts, where we find:

Multiple accounts or claims by the same person, household or device.
Use of false details or someone else's identity or payment method.
Low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering without real risk, such as covering most outcomes on roulette.
Changing bet sizes, game features or games to exploit a bonus.
Breaches of the maximum bet rule or play on excluded games.
Collusion with other players or organised bonus-hunting activity.
Depositing and withdrawing to obtain a bonus without genuine play.

13. Responsible Use of Bonuses

Bonuses should add to your enjoyment, not pressure you into playing more than you planned. Never deposit more than you can afford just to qualify for an offer. If you would prefer not to receive promotions, email support@calgarycasino.app and we will stop sending them.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may change or withdraw these Bonus Terms or any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect a bonus you have already claimed unless required by law or to prevent abuse. The version in force when you opt in applies to that bonus.
